Abigail Hardman

Abby lives in rural Mid-Suffolk, has two sons and has spent time as a breastfeeding supporter before training with Suffolk Babies. She has a degree in performing arts and has worked with people from all backgrounds and loves working with mums and families. Abby teaches antenatal and baby classes in the Eye and Diss areas and can be contacted on abigail@suffolkbabies.co.uk

Amanda Houchen

Amanda is a Mum of two and covers the West of Ipswich and Saxmundham, teaching the Essential Preparation for Birth Workshop, and baby classes. Amanda comes from a Communications background but spent two years running a local toddler group before joining the Suffolk Babies team. Amanda can be contacted directly on amanda@suffolkbabies.co.uk

Claire teachers the Practical Preparation for Birth course, the Essential Preparation for Birth Workshop, and is also part of the Suffolk Cloth Nappy Library.

Dora Wilson

Dora Wilson

Dora is a mum of two who lives in Melton and teaches classes from pregnancy to preschool in the Woodbridge area. She has a wealth of relevant knowledge from her training as a Midwife in London and is passionate about supporting new parents. Email Dora on dora@suffolkbabies.co.uk

Jenny Lord

Jenny is a mum of three girls, whose own birth experiences have led her to be passionate about supporting and educating parents, both during pregnancy and in those challenging early months and years. Jenny teaches the Essential Preparation for Birth Workshop, Munchkins and Explorers classes in the Manningtree, Lawford and East Bergholt areas.

Mel Lewis

Mel Lewis

Since 2012 Mel, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified Fitness Instructor, has been teaching a variety of classes including circuits, HIIT, FitSteps, Body Combat, Spinning and watt bike training. She started to specialise in Post Natal fitness in 2013, becoming Suffolk’s first licensed Buggyfit instructor and developing her own post natal offering MumaMojo. Mel has trained with Burrell Education the most highly respected Pelvic Floor & Post Natal rehabilitation specialist in the country, to develop her own postnatal core strength and functional exercise, and restore/movement-based pelvic floor strength programmes. A Suffolk girl born and bred, Mel has been living in Australia for the past four years (trying out all the new Australian fitness crazes) but has now recently moved back home, and we are so pleased to have her back (many of our Suffolk Babies clients use to train with her back in 2014).

Sam Avram

Sam Avram

Sam is a Suffolk girl, born and bred! She studied Psychology at Lincoln Uni, and there became interested in child development, going on to do her PGCE and becoming a primary school teacher. Sam has been teaching for 10 years now and still loves making a difference to lots of children's lives everyday. Sam has two young children and a stepson who is 6 years old. They have ignited a passion for baby development, but also for supporting mums in pregnancy and through the newborn months.
