Is the site secure?
Our site is secure (look for the green padlock next to the web brower’s address bar) and all credit card details go straight to the payment service. We do not hold any card or account details.
How do I pay?
You can pay by debit/credit card using Stripe.
How do I find my place on a course?
To book your place on next term’s courses, please find your nearest course on our locations page. Check the date if you are booking for a future term instead of the current term.
When you have found the course you are looking for, click through to register your place and then you can pay.
Do I put my details or my baby’s details in the registration form?
Please put your own details in, not your baby’s. We need your details so we know who to contact. You and your child count as one place, so you only register yourself and pay for one place on the course. (If you have twins, you still only book one place and pay once. Just enter both names where it asks for Baby’s Name.)
If you are booking onto a workshop for couples, please only put one person’s details into the registration form, and only pay once. A couple counts as one booking.
Can I register now and pay later?
No you can’t. If the course is popular, you may lose your place if you register but the class fills up before you pay. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to book a place but cannot pay until later. We will always endeavour to ensure that everyone who wants to come is able to.
What if my class is full?
If your class is full, you can still sign up to be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you if a place becomes available.
What do I do if I can’t attend one week?
Once you are booked onto a course, if you know there is a week where you won’t be able to attend, let us know, and you can come along to another class on another day to make up your 6 classes.
Can I book on after the course has started?
Yes, you can, if there are spaces. But unless there are exceptional circumstances we will ask that you pay for the full course. Please contact us to discuss if you would like to join a class part way through. If you know you cannot make a week, even the first week of term, please book on and then let us know which class you cannot attend and we will try to find you an alternative.
